Weather Protection
House Hat is a comprehensive solution designed to shield construction sites and buildings from the elements. By providing reliable weather protection and cladding, it creates a safer, more comfortable work environment no matter the season or conditions.
About us

House Hat offers a complete system for weather protection, including temporary roofs and cladding, designed to keep your construction projects running smoothly. By shielding your site from the elements, you can save up to 50% of working days, prevent moisture damage, create a more comfortable workspace for employees, and reduce the risk of accidents and injuries.
The system is built on durable aluminum lattice beams, available in 750 mm and 450 mm heights, capable of spanning up to 32 meters. These heavy-duty beams deliver exceptional strength, long-lasting durability, and adaptability for a wide range of applications.
House Hat’s simple yet functional design uses minimal components and can be customized to fit any building or scaffolding type. For smaller projects, the HouseHead 450 offers the same benefits as the House Hat 750, with lightweight 450 mm lattice beams that feature pockets for easier installation.

Roof
The classic pitched roof is a versatile weather protection solution suitable for most structures. The House Hat 750 allows for larger spans and customizable gable roof pitches of 15 or 22.5 degrees, providing reliable coverage and flexibility.
Mono
For projects requiring a mono-pitched roof, House Hat offers a single-slope option that simplifies installation. With only one set of gutters needed, the lattice beams are installed in a single direction, creating a roof with a gentle slope between 10 and 13 degrees.
Dual pitched
Dual-slope weather protection is another popular option, where two sloping sections meet at a central ridge. This design is often used to cover entire buildings, offering maximum space and accessibility for work at the top of the structure.
Polygon
The Polygon system introduces three ridge angle options—15, 22.5, and 37.5 degrees—allowing you to create unique roof shapes and sizes while utilizing the same reliable components as the rest of the House Hat 750 family.
Tent
House Hat’s temporary tents combine the strength of its roofing system with vertical wall components to form a complete protective frame, offering full coverage and maximum protection from the elements.
Shelter
For projects that require flexibility, mobile shelters with wheels provide a practical solution. These shelters are quick to assemble, easy to move as your project progresses, and can be adjusted in length and width to suit your needs. The modular design allows sections to be connected or broken down for maximum efficiency.
House Hat
The House Hat system features aluminum frames with integrated double keder tracks, offering seamless and efficient assembly. Frames are connected to the desired length using spring pins, while the integrated guide pin within the frame’s keder tracks ensures a smooth, uninterrupted transition between frames along the entire structure. The lattice beams are built with House Hat’s innovative guardrail frames and diagonal braces, combining exceptional strength with a lightweight, easy-to-assemble design. The entire construction is supported by lattice beam adapters for a reliable foundation.
This system is highly flexible, thanks to the integrated double keder tracks in the frames. For smaller spans, a single standard sheet is sufficient. For larger spans, up to three standard sheets can be overlapped and used within the same section, leveraging the dual keder tracks for stability and adaptability. Most spans can be constructed using 8-meter and 10-meter sheets, eliminating the need for excessively long and heavy components.
